Delivery Policy
Postage and Packing:

ORDER VALUE £20-£49 - SIGNED FOR (£3.90) - UK
Flat Rate: £3.90 per order
ORDER VALUE £50 AND OVER - SPECIAL DELIVERY (£7.50) - UK
Flat Rate: £7.50 per order
ORDER VALUE UNDER £20 - FREE DELIVERY - UK
ORDER VALUE £200 AND OVER - FREE DELIVERY - UK
Orders will be sent via Royal Mail delivery services. Jewellery orders above £50 will be sent via special delivery and will require a signature on receipt.
We aim to hold stock of all styles and sizes whilst a product is active. However, occasionally an item will be out of stock and if this is the case we will inform you as soon as we can and offer you a refund or suggest an alternative. All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change and we can accept no liability for any loss or damage (Whether direct or indirect) for delivery at any time other than the estimated date for delivery.

Overseas:
If you wish to have your purchase delivered outside of the United Kingdom, please contact us direct so we can discuss your requirements with you.
Pricing
All of our prices are listed in Pounds Sterling. Orders are subject to acceptance by the Company and to availability of the goods, and will be invoiced at prices set out in our website at the time of purchase.
Cancellation Policy
Once the order has been processed you have the right to cancel the order up to the point of despatch. Should you wish to cancel please do so before receiving your dispatch email by either calling us on 0799 0523348 or email us at wendy@wendywarrenjewellery.co.uk with details of your order including the reference code. We will get back to you with 48 hours to confirm the cancellation. Any payments made by you will be refunded within 30 days.
2. Refunds / Returns Policy
If you are not happy for any reason with your purchase, we will be happy to replace or refund the item. Simply return the item to us within 7 days in its original packaging and condition, together with proof of purchase and stating the reason why you are dissatisfied. The postage and packing charge is non-refundable. The goods remain your responsibility until they have been received by us. For this reason, we strongly recommend that you send it by recorded post with proof of postage and that adequate packaging is used. Wendy Warren jewellery will not accept any responsibility for any consequential loss, damage or expenses however caused.
For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable/non-refundable.

Payment and Taxes
We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit card or debit card. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Maestro, Solo & American Express and Paypal. Payment in whole is required before goods will be dispatched.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are valid 6 months from the date of purchase. They are not exchangeable for cash.
Conformity of Goods/Photography
We have made every possible effort to ensure that the description and specification of items on our shop website are correct at the time of going to press. Our prices are valid as of 31st March 2018. Some items may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size due to screen defaults and photography techniques. Other items may be represented at a larger than actual size in order to clearly show details or smaller than actual size in order to show the entire item.
Every effort has been made to illustrate colours accurately but this is not always possible with digital reproduction on different web browsing platforms. Hence, there can be no guarantee that the true colour of the jewellery will be exactly as shown.
Errors and Omissions
We have made every effort to ensure that our prices are correct but if we have made an error we reserve the right to refuse a sale. If part of these terms is found to be unlawful, it shall not affect the validity of the remainder.
By placing your order with us, you are implicitly accepting these terms and conditions and also agree to the notices and disclaimers.

Wendy Warren Jewellery conforms to the UK Data Protection Act. Any information you provide is treated in strict confidence and is stored in a secure location. Customer details will not be shared with any third parties except for the purpose of fulfilling and delivering an order.
